歐洲國家盃B組最後一場比賽，攸關地主國是否能晉級的比賽中發生了這段說小不小但也很引人注目的插曲：奧地利教練Josef Hickersberger與德國隊教練Joachim Löw於四十分時被逐出場。

兩位教練都說自己沒離開教練區，他們在教練區中對球員下指示是合法的，但是？Hickersberger說他不懂為什麼fourth official一直要他冷靜下來？！難道他在教練區內對自己的球員大吼有錯嗎？

因為轉播不會全然看到兩隊板凳區在幹嘛，但這件事應該是這樣：﹝影片是自37.58分至40.58分﹞


Damir Skomina是這場比賽的Fourth official，他在比賽中一直請Hickersberger冷靜下來﹝然後我們在轉播中可以看到原本站在場邊大吼的Hickersberger回到座位上坐著﹞，之後Hickersberger又在場邊對球員下指令←請注意，他一直都在那區塊內，Loew也是在場邊下指令的人，重點就來了！這位Fourth official就傳訊息給現在在場上的西班牙籍裁判Manuel Mejuto，裁判暫時中止了這場比賽並且在這時走近場邊並請兩位教練出場。
且在上面影片中可以很清楚地看到，Loew相罵的對象應該是Fourth official，然後Hickersberger也對這位第四裁判的舉動不滿才跑到德國隊的教練區塊中：若真的單單只是因為Hickersberger越過教練區而被趕出場，那Loew在一開始Hickersberger踏入那區塊中就應對Hickersberger有所反應，而不是繼續跟Damir Skomina相罵。

這件事並不是兩位教練間的衝突，而是Damir Skomina認為兩位教練有失序舉動所以跟Manuel Mejuto說，並且請他們兩位教練出場。ˋ(′～‵")ˊ這年頭在場邊下指令還會被驅逐出場，那要教練區幹嘛？！

在yahoo.eurosport 的一篇新聞中也有提到，Loew這樣對路透社Reuters及其他媒體說：

The reason for the referee's decision was not immediately apparent but Loew put the blame for the dispute on the fourth official, Damir Skomina of Slovenia, who he said was unfairly preventing Hickersberger from instructing his players.

"I saw the situation with Josef Hickersberger and tried for the umpteenth time to calm down the fourth referee," Loew said.

"But we're the coaches, we just want to be able to work in our coaching zone and do our job, give instructions to the players. That's our job. The referee then ejected us."

He denied either had left the 'coaching zone', a technical area marked off by the side of the pitch for use by the coaches.

請見紅字部份，試問一下若單單只是兩位教練在場上吵架，那茅頭一致對向Damir Skomina不是很奇怪嗎？Loew跟Hickersberger若真的在場上吵到可以被驅逐出場，那為什麼會有上面這兩段話？這是英文報導，德文報導我也看了不少，幾乎都是在講第四裁判的判決及舉動：究竟錯的是誰啊？

"I didn't leave the coaching zone. I was only trying to explain to the fourth referee that we wanted to give our instructions," added Loew. "We're in an important match and we want to get into the quarter-finals."

Hickersberger said: "I have experienced a lot, but nothing like that -- normally I did something wrong but this time round I don't know why the fourth referee called the top referee (Mejuto) and sent Yogi (Joachim) Loew and myself off.

"We probably coached too excessively, we did our job too often. There were no insults, neither from Yogi Loew nor from myself, towards the four gentlemen.

"But the gods in black have spoken and we need to heed their judgement. Of course, it is easier to send a trainer off the bench than to judge correctly on an offside or a foul."

教練吵架？越線？不對吧？根本就是第四裁判的問題，這在德文媒體中兩位教練說得更清楚。
明明這場比賽這麼多人看，還是有很多人認為這是兩位教練在吵架﹝當然也是有﹞，明明也有人對於為何兩人被逐出場後還握手之類的事感到疑惑，但為啥就是沒去找這一類的新聞？

Hickersberger三不五時就被勸回座位，看得很心疼耶，站在教練區中對球員下指令有什麼錯？哪一隊不是這樣的？Damir Skomina這裁判說實在很莫名其妙。

Lahm: We'll peak right on time

Fresh from a domestic double-winning campaign with Bayern Munich, Philipp Lahm has now set his sights on UEFA European Championship glory with Germany.

"Our target is to reach the final. Once we've managed that, our goal will be to win it," declared Lahm, nicknamed Paolo after his idol and role model Paolo Maldini.

A few days ahead of EURO 2008 in Austria and Switzerland, the 24-year-old former VfB Stuttgart defender spoke exclusively to FIFA.com about Germany's targets at the tournament, their group opponents, and the favourites for the trophy.

FIFA.com: Philipp, UEFA EURO 2008 begins a few days from now. Are you tense, or are you mainly looking forward to the tournament on neighbouring soil?
Philipp Lahm: A sense of anticipation is definitely the main emotion. The longer you spend preparing, the more you just want it to start.

You alternate between left-back and right-back for Bayern. What's your favoured position for the national team?
I regard myself as just a shade stronger on the right, and it looks as though the coach does too. Anyway, that's where I played against Belarus and Serbia.

After Jurgen Klinsmann chose to step down, Joachim Low took the national helm. How has the team changed in the last two years?
There haven't been many changes. Joachim Low was obviously part of the set-up already and did a lot of the work. He's maintained his leadership style, and he's adopted some of Jurgen Klinsmann's motivational practices, so the changes haven't been that big.

How does the team which is currently preparing for EURO 2008 compare with the team which finished third at the 2006 FIFA World Cup™?
The team as a whole has gained experience. A couple of players have broken into the squad and a couple are missing, but the core is the same and has definitely come on.

Germany weren't particularly convincing in their last two warm-up matches against Belarus and Serbia. How would you rate the preparations for the EURO?
We've had an outstanding pre-tournament period. Warm-up matches are never a good benchmark. What matters is being a fit, functioning unit at the right time. You'll see a very different Germany against Poland than against Belarus and Serbia.

Who's really come to the fore within the team since Low finalised the squad?
I don't want to single out individuals. I think every player in the squad knows his job and will give everything to help us succeed.

Are Germany on peak form this close to the EURO?
We have room for improvement, as the last two games indicated, but we're heading in the right direction and we'll peak right on time.

How do Germany compare with the top teams like world champions Italy or FIFA World Cup runners-up France?
There are definitely a couple of nations at the EURO with bigger name stars on the teamsheet, but at the end of the day, how you play as a team makes the difference, and I'd rate us as one of the top teams in that respect.

Germany last won a match at a EURO in 1996. Can you guarantee that will change in Austria and Switzerland?
I can't give guarantees, but I'll give a promise we'll do everything we can to change that.

How would you rate group opponents Austria, Poland and Croatia?
It won't be easy. We've been drawn against Croatia and Poland, who both won their qualifying groups. Poland finished ahead of Portugal in qualifying, and Croatia are the reason England failed to make the tournament in the first place. It would be foolish to underestimate either of them. And any meeting with Austria has very special significance. This is the biggest match of them all for our neighbours. Thirty years after Cordoba, they'd love to hand us another ignominious defeat.

What are Germany's targets for the tournament?
Our target is to reach the final. Once we've managed that, our goal will be to win it.

Who do you rate as favourites for the trophy?
I think the teams who made it to the World Cup semi-finals will be contenders for the trophy here too, although Spain could be in the mix this time as well.

Andreas Ivanschitz，是奧地利國家隊的隊長，他現在才二十四歲，而在他尚未滿二十歲時便已擔任上奧地利隊長之職，或許是今年歐洲盃中年紀最輕的隊長！Ivanschitz生於音樂世家，在足壇算是少少少數具有極佳古典音樂素養的球員：自幼便學習鋼琴與單簧管，所以若是聽過他在受訪時的言談舉止，或許比其他人多了些莊重感。

Ivanschitz: Prestige at stake

On the eve of UEFA EURO 2008, FIFA.com spoke exclusively to Austria captain Andreas Ivanschitz. The midfielder, on the books at Greek top flight outfit Panathinaikos for the last two seasons, looked ahead to the continental showdown in his home country, assessed his role in coach Josef Hickersberger's team, and offered his views on the eagerly-awaited clash with arch-rivals Germany.

The 24-year-old's career is still in its relatively early stages, but he already boasts two notable achievements. On 26 October 1999, the then 16-year-old became the youngest player to appear in a competitive fixture for Rapid Vienna. Then, at the tender age of 19 years and 361 days, he became the youngest-ever captain of Austria after leading his country in a FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic on 11 October 2003.

Also in our exclusive interview, Ivanschitz evaluated the mood in his home country and his team's chances at UEFA EURO 2008.

FIFA.com: Andreas Ivanschitz, it's almost time for UEFA EURO 2008 in your home country. Are you a little tense?
Andreas Ivanschitz: I'm tense, but definitely in a positive sense. Up until 14 May I was completely focused on my club. Fortunately, we've come through the play-offs and won a place in the Champions League qualifying round. I think I've made a contribution with two goals in our derby against AEK, for example. But I joined up with the national squad on 19 May and we've been working really hard since then, so there's been no time to get nervous, although obviously, all the players think about the huge challenge of the EURO every single day.

You earn your wages in Greece with Panathinaikos, but could you just describe the mood in Austria on the eve of the European Championship?
The mood is essentially more positive than it was last autumn. It's definitely been helped by the internationals in February and March against Germany and the Netherlands. I know we lost both games, but for an hour or so on each occasion, we proved we can hold our own against these world-class teams. The fans in Austria are definitely looking forward to it. There are lots of cars already flying red-and-white flags, and people are devouring media reports about the EURO, especially anything about our team.

This will be Austria's first major tournament in a decade, and a first shot at the European Championship in 44 years. Is the lack of tournament experience a disadvantage?
Obviously, almost every other country has the edge in this respect. We have home advantage on our side, we've had longer to prepare for the tournament than any other team, and last but not least, we're extremely hungry. Apart from Ivica Vastic, none of us has played at a major finals before.

You made your full international debut in 2003. What has changed about the Austrian national team since then, and what are your reasons for optimism ahead of the continental showdown?
Since taking over the team in 2006, Josef Hickersberger has overseen the introduction of a completely new generation. The fresh start obviously hasn't been easy, and we've been through some difficult times in the last couple of years. But Mr Hickersberger has refused to be diverted from his chosen path, and I'm convinced the team has a future now. In our last international, the average age of the outfield players was under 24. I think it's been a remarkable team rebuilding.

You're team captain and coach Hickersberger's right-hand man. How do you interpret your role, both on and off the field?
I try to be as closely involved in the team as possible. As captain and with nearly 40 caps now, I regard myself as a leader. But there are plenty of strong personalities in the dressing room, and I'm part of a team at the EURO, just like 22 others.

Up until recently, Austria were regarded as stronger in defence than attack. However, in your 4-3 defeat to the Netherlands, the strikers posed a real threat but the defence was shaky at times. How would you rate the different areas of the team, and what system would you personally favour as you tackle a very tough group?
The system we use is chosen by the boss and the coaching staff alone. What's important for us is the knowledge we can equally well play 4-4-2 as 3-5-2, or indeed other formations. I think that makes us a little more unpredictable for our opponents too.

You mentioned a 3-0 defeat to Germany, and now you meet them again in Group B. Why should Austria do better at the EURO?
Hopefully because we'll create as many chances as we did in February, but actually put them away on this occasion. The Germany match is obviously about prestige, but at the moment I'm just focused on daily training.
You also come up against Croatia, but all three previous meetings have ended in defeat. Will it be any different at the EURO?
Croatia showed in qualifying they're an absolutely class team, but I still reckon we have an excellent chance, especially as it's the opening match and I'll be up against my former team-mate Niko Kovac. We could be good for a surprise.

And you have a relatively good record against Poland (three wins and four defeats).
Poland qualified very comfortably for the EURO, and finished ahead of EURO 2004 runners-up Portugal, so we'll still go into the game as underdogs. But with the crowd behind us, I reckon we can win - just like against Croatia and Germany!

How much will home advantage count in favour of yourselves and co-hosts the Swiss?
It could play a major role, just think back to the World Cup in Germany two years ago. And Austrian fans can get very passionate about their team. There was a fantastic atmosphere for our most recent match against the Dutch.

Who do you rate as favourites for the trophy?
There are several. World Cup holders Italy for one, and you've got to include France, Portugal, Spain and Germany. But all 16 nations are in with a chance, and you always get upsets at the European Championship. Just think of Greece and Denmark!

#1 Alexander Manninger (Jun. 4,1977) - GK

生於薩爾玆堡，現效力於義甲A.C. Siena。1997年至2001年效力於Arsenal，為David Seaman後的替補門將，除2001-2002被租借至Fiorentina。

第一場國家隊出賽是在1999年8月18日，對上瑞典。在歐洲盃以前，Manninger上一場為奧地利國家隊守門是在2004年10月時的世足資格賽，那場比賽對上北愛爾蘭，終場以三比三平手作收。


#21 Jürgen Macho (Aug. 22,1977) - GK

生於維也納，姓氏唸「Makho」，現效力於希臘球隊AEK Athens F.C.。第一次為國家隊守門是在2002年11月20日對上挪威。

Macho於2000年時遠征海外，先後效力於Sunderland及Chelsea，但上場場次在2000年至2004年間不過三十七場，最後又回到維也納，但於2005年冬轉時轉會至1. FC Kaiserslautern 。Macho在Kaiserslauten最一開始半年只是隊內第三門將，排在Tim Wiese 及Thomas Ernst 之後，但於2006時，Tim Wiese離開Kaiserlautern至Werder Bremen，而Macho也順利自Errnst手中奪下首發門將之位。

在去年11月16日對上英格蘭的友誼賽中，Macho先發上場，但卻在第二十六分時被英格蘭球員Crouch撞倒且因此差點窒息，隨後被抬出場。

The former Sunderland player came off worst in a collision with Crouch and needed urgent attention inside the area after appearing to swallow his tongue.

#23 Ramazan Özcan (Jun.28,1984) - GK

現效力於德乙﹝2008/09賽季升至德甲﹞1899 Hoffenheim，而在他加入1899 Hoffenheim後的十七場德甲賽事只讓對手進了十四顆進球﹝總被進球數為四十顆，在被進球數排名德乙第三低。﹞是因為Helge Payer因病缺陣而臨時被傳進陣中。

生於Dornbirn，有土耳其血統。還有件有趣的事，Özcan在1899 Hoffenheim的隊友，同樣也是奧地利國腳的後衛Andreas Ibertsberger原本也在陣容中的，但在二十三人名單中被刷下。


#2 Joachim Standfest (May 30,1980) - DF

生於 Leoben，現效力於FK Austria Wien。

Standfest在過去兩年間都是Josef Hickersberger首發陣容中重要一員，踢右中場、右後腰，基本上右邊路任何一個位置他都能踢。

#3 Martin Stranzl (Jun.16,1980) - DF

生於Güssing。於俄超Spartak Moskau效力的後衛，2004-2006年效力於德甲VfB Stuttgart，而在更之前則是在TSV 1860 Munich。是奧地利國家隊陣中唯一一位不曾於國內職業球隊踢球的球員。

踢中後衛亦或是防守中場，也是Hickersberger陣中國家隊經驗最為豐富的球員之一。他在十九歲、2000年3月29日對上瑞典的比賽中首次披上國家隊戰袍上場。

Stranzl在十來歲時，教導他的其中一位老師告訴Löwen﹝TSV 1860﹞這位小朋友的能力，過沒多久Stranzl就收到了TSV 1860寄來的單子邀請他去測試，當然，Stranzl就是因此加入Löwen。

#4 Emanuel Pogatetz (Jan. 16,1983) - DF

中後衛，效力於英超FC Middlesbrough，身懷一股「縱使傷也要走過去」的態度與勇氣。他在加入米德爾斯堡以前是踢左後衛，但因米德爾斯堡陣中已有一位左後衛，所以他改踢中後衛。而2005/06年米德爾斯堡有參與歐協盃﹝UEFA CUP﹞賽事，而Pogatetz在四分之一決賽對上FC Basel的比賽中與其隊前鋒Mladen Petric衝撞並且撞斷鼻子、臉頰，且恐有失明疑慮，那場比賽FC Basle以二比零在主場取勝。More info：Head injury ends Pogatetz's season

也是臨時搭上Hickersberger名單最後一班車的人：在過去一年半中他不曾被召入國家隊陣容中：因為他在2006年時批評當時隊內的Andreas Ivanschitz 及教練 Josef Hickersberger 。

他被球迷暱稱為The Pog或是Mad Dog，由於他對米德爾斯堡的全心付出使得他在球迷間廣受歡迎，前米德爾斯堡、英格蘭國家隊教練曾說：「他在場上總是表現出百三之三百的自己！」


#12 Ronald Gërçaliu (Feb. 12,1986) - DF

生於阿爾巴尼亞首都 Tirana，幼年時移居至Styria。踢左後腰、左中場這位置，而這位技巧不錯的後衛將於2008/9
自FK Austria Wien轉至FC Salzburg。

在他十一歲遷居至奧地利以前是在阿爾巴尼亞當地最好的球隊FK Partizani青年隊中。很受Josef Hickersberger 重用。

#13 Markus Katzer (Dec. 11,1979)

生於維也納，效力於SK Rapid Wien，左後衛，也可踢左邊翼。
他與Ronald Gërçaliu將會相互競爭先發左後衛位置，第一場國家隊賽事是在2003年8月20日對上哥斯大黎加的比賽，十一場國家隊帽子，但在Josef Hickersberger執印的國家隊陣中僅佔兩次。

Katzer是前奧地利國腳Hans Krankl 的女婿。

#15 Sebastian Prödl (Jun. 21,1987) - DF

2008/09年賽季將效力於德甲Werder Bremen，中後衛。為2007年U-20世青賽帶領奧地利進到四強的功臣及隊上隊長，因為他將奧地利帶進四強，使得他成為過去一年以來奧地利境內最炙手可熱且引人注目的年輕球員。

這位身材高大的後衛﹝一米九四﹞在高空的威脅不容忽視。是在去年世青賽中被La Gazzetta dello Sport評選為最佳十一人中唯一一位奧地利球員。


#16 Jürgen Patocka (Jul. 30,1977) - DF

中後衛，是位非常高且體格強壯，現效力於SK Rapid Wien，在此之前僅有兩場國家隊經歷。第一場是在2007年5月30日對上蘇格蘭友誼賽中上場。

#17 Martin Hiden (Mar. 11,1973) - DF

中後衛，Martin Hiden是第一位到英超的奧地利籍後衛﹝門將Alex Manninger於1997年加入Arsenal﹞，1998-2000年加入Leeds United A.F.C.，但僅獲得二十六場出賽機會。效力SK Austria Kärnten ，在Hiden職業生涯迄今參與過兩屆歐冠賽事，相隔十一年：1995/96 SV Austria Salzburg、2005/06 SK Rapid Wien 。

#5 Christian Fuchs (Apr. 7,1986) - MF

左中場，自2003年起效力於 SV Mattersburg。
曾是2003年U-17歐錦賽奧地利陣容中一員，充滿信心且體格高大，在中場這位置上可與許多人搭配及變換位置，但多半活躍於左路上。

無論外界如何想要或是對這位中場球員感興趣，他一點也不曾想過要離開SV Mattersburg。


#6 René Aufhauser (Jun.21,1976) - MF

防守中場，自2001年迄今已有五十場國家隊經驗，效力於Red Bull Salzburg。他在Josef Hickerberger的國家隊中佔有關鍵性的位置。
*也是在六月八日與Croatia進行的歐洲盃賽事中在禁區內犯規使得克羅埃西亞獲得點球機會的「重點」人物。

#8 Christoph Leitgeb (Apr. 14,1985) - MF

左中場、攻擊中場，現效力於Red Bull Salzburg，第一場國家隊經歷是在2006年6月23日與克羅埃西亞﹝Croatia﹞進行的友誼賽。是今年夏天奧地利將能否突破小組賽的關鍵人物及備受期待的年輕球員之一。﹝金髮！﹞

在2007年他與球隊簽約時，Red Bull Salzburg教練Giovanni Trapattoni曾拿他與Pavel Nedvěd相比。

#10 Andreas Ivanschitz (Oct.15 ,1983) - MF

中/左中場、攻擊中場，奧地利國家隊隊長，2006-2008賽季被租借至希臘職業球隊Panathinaikos Athen。
充滿創造力的左腳球員，技巧成熟，射門力道強勁。自2003年便是國家隊陣中不可動撼的一員：且他才二十四歲。他成為奧地利國家隊隊長時離自己滿二十歲還有五天...

#11 Ümit Korkmaz (Sep. 17,1985) - MF

將於2008/09賽季效力於德甲Eintracht Frankfurt。
第一次進到Josef Hickersberger的陣容以前完全沒有國家隊經歷，生於維也納，雙親為土耳其人，具有奧地利與土耳其兩國護照。

原本Korkmaz的國家隊初戰可以來得更早，在去年他收到國家隊的徵召：但很不幸的是他在當時受傷，不得已退出國家隊。

#14 György Garics (Mar. 8,1984) - MF

右中場、右後衛，現效力於義甲 S.S.C. Napoli，生於匈牙利Szombathely﹝近匈、奧兩國國境﹞。
Garica於十四歲時移居至維也納，自SK Rapid Wien青年隊中畢業後於2002/03年球季開始時賺進自己職業生涯第一場聯賽賽事。

而在Garics拿到奧地利公民證的隔天他便為奧地利U-21國家隊上場比賽。

#19 Jürgen Säumel (Sep. 8,1984) - MF

防守中場，現效力於SK Sturm Graz。
Säumel為奧地利成人隊以下之各層級青年隊出賽三十三場，其中包括了2003年U-19歐錦賽：奧地利U-19在那場歐洲賽事中拿下第三名。


#20 Martin Harnik (Jun. 10,1987) - MF

Martin Harnik生於德國漢堡﹝Hamburg ﹞，母親為德國人、父親為奧地利人，因為父親的關係使得他選擇為奧地利國家隊效力。前鋒或攻擊中場，現效力於Werder Bremen。

Harnik不曾於奧地利住過，但他仍代表奧地利U-19及U-21比賽過，而他第一場國家隊比賽是在2008年2月於維也納迎戰作客來訪的隊伍...德國隊，最後奧地利以零比三落敗。

Helge Payer，SK Rapid Wien門將，原本應該會在二十三人大名單中的人選，但最後在名單上出現的卻是集訓名單中不曾看見的Hoffenheim門將Ramazan Öczan？

抗凝血劑

Payer 是在名單公佈前被診斷出肝、腸胃問題：腹部靜脈血管栓塞﹝partially blocked veins﹞，他是在前一週星期二﹝也就是二十七日時﹞隊內訓練時說自己腹痛難受，隨後他從集訓地被送至維也納專門看心血管疾病的醫護中心診斷，而在當時 他得用抗凝血劑注射﹝Blood thinner﹞防止血管栓塞並持續治療。

休息並回復健康

這 位被預期會是歐洲盃時一號門將的人選在那個時刻只能決定終止未來半年內所有活動，且在之後還得作物理治療與復健。所以Josef Hickersberge只好臨時找來效力於TSG 1899 Hoffenheim的二十三歲門將 Ramazan Özcan，所以現在奧地利首發門將人選正由Jürgen Macho及Alex Manninger兩人相互爭取。

Hickersberger hopes to spring a surprise

在這時刻支持奧地利真的不是件簡單的事，Josef Hickersbergern所 帶領的奧地利國家隊在近十場比賽中僅贏了一場，而在之前：三月二十六日與荷蘭進行的友誼賽中，奧地利在上半場開始才三十五分便以三比零領先荷蘭隊，大家都 想說：我們終於可以擺脫連N敗的命運，但是....在第三十七分時被Huntelaar進了一球，半場結束時奧地利雖然以三比一領先：好景不常，下半場荷 蘭隊不僅將比數追回還狠狠地以三比四力挫Ernst-Happel-Stadion的主人：奧地利國家隊。

這讓原本已飽受國內媒體、球評嘲諷的奧地利隊無疑是火上加油，讓這群人更肆無忌憚地批評這主辦國的實力。

隊上精神之所在

Hickersberger 堅信他的球員們不因處在B組且第一場歐洲盃賽事就得遇上克羅埃西亞而被此〝戰火〞波及到。「我們並未因是主辦國而佔有什麼優勢，我們最大的優勢在於隊內的 凝聚力、精神，這是我們過去幾個月來建立起的碁石。我知道我們飽受批評，尤其是在眾人看到比賽結果後：但我們從中茁壯成長、學習經驗且使自己在場上的精神 更加健全。整個隊伍，不管是誰都付出自己百分之百的實力，隊內的準則及攻擊準則在於：盡已所能地付出。然後只是單純地想：全奧地利人都支持我們做我們的靠 山，因著如此，我想我們會因此難以被其他隊所擊敗，我如斯深信。」

最大的挑戰

Hickersberger， 這位前奧地利國腳用著熱切渴望的語氣說著這一切。他於二零零六年一月時接下國家隊帥印、展開自己在這職位上第二段航程。而他也歷經過大大小小賽事，在他當 球員之時，國家隊也好職業隊也罷。這些經驗使得他能夠帶領球隊面臨這夏天在自己國家將要面臨到的大賽。「這是我職業生涯所面臨到最大的挑戰，知道嗎？沒有 什麼事比能夠在歐洲國家盃中帶領一支隊伍參與其中：且更特別的是這隊伍又是主辦國！」

這位已過耳順之人對於友誼賽的結果並不以比賽結果為 意，他也是奧地利隊於1990年參與世足時的教練，他也以當時在義大利所使用的陣型套用到目前國家隊的戰術中。「在重要比賽前的友誼賽並不是那麼重要，我 們也曾跟世界最強的球隊，有馬拉杜納﹝Diego Maradona﹞在的阿根廷隊踢成平手過啊：只不過那是在世足賽之前。」

期待

「我 們也曾以三比二勝過當時眾星雲集的歐洲冠軍：荷蘭隊，當時他們陣容中有里卡德﹝Frank Rijkaard﹞、古力特﹝Ruud Gullit﹞、范巴斯騰﹝Marco van Basten﹞以及科曼﹝Ronald Koeman﹞等人。之後，我們單單只是因為不能承受那些所面臨到的眾多期待，這些迫切期待在奧地利境內是高得嚇人：每一個人都覺得我們會贏得世界杯！當 然，在小組賽被淘汰對國內來說根本就是場不能夠被忍受的國家災難...在那種情況下，縱使想表現出最好也難...就另一方面來說，我們將不再面臨到當年那 種情況。」

局外人

在自己家鄉土地上進行這類國際間的大型賽 事，是另一種壓力。縱使現在的陣容或許令人失望且就這麼不剛好，奧地利跟克羅埃西亞、德國以及波蘭同一組，這兩者綜合起來也使得樂觀之人開始消磨自己的心 態。「這兩者並不是壓力來源，我們在這一組中單單只是位局外人。當然啦，每當你更進一步時、賽事一場接著一場進行時，壓力也會隨之遞增。但或許，像我們這 樣一直被當作是肉腳的隊伍在這種情況下才能夠踢出自己最佳狀況，這是跟強隊同組才能擁有的機會。」

顛覆者

Hickersberger在場上一直以來都是個讓人跌破眼鏡的人，他是1978年奧地利參與世足陣容中一員，這一屆奧地利最為人稱道的就是打敗德國的那場比賽，到現在都還被人稱作是「科爾多瓦的奇蹟 Miracle of Cordoba」。當六月十六日這兩隊再度碰面時，這項「奇蹟」是否會在未來繼續被傳頌下去？那場比賽，一九七八年在科爾多瓦的比賽是Hickersberger最後一場身為奧地利國家隊球員的比賽，在訪問者未提起這些事以前，他實在不願說起並停留在這已逝的光榮。他希望他的隊伍自己建立起屬於自己的回憶。

「科 爾多瓦的奇蹟的確是一段難以取代的甜美回憶。但那已經是三十年前的事了....我們為那些過去的事感到自豪，我們曾經是偉大的帝國、有著輝煌歷史，以及科 爾多瓦的奇蹟。但現在是二零零八年，當下該做得不是回顧過去，而是著眼於現今創造屬於自己的未來。」Hickersberger這麼說。

倍感興奮

奧 地利目前U-21及U-20給予Hickersberger權力使他可以從中選擇那些有能力的球員們進到國家隊陣容中，這樣使得那些年青球員更有機會展現 頭角。像是Sebastian Prödl及Martin Harnik，這兩位二十歲的球員已在U-20陣中受到認可且進到成年隊的球員。

但現在最大的問題在於：要怎樣使他們活躍於這舞臺上？「我們有國家當靠山，這些都會激發隊伍：他們為這一切感到無比興奮，而這種情緒將會驅使我們做得更好。」

全名為Diego Orlando Benaglio，於瑞士蘇黎世出生，我曾在EURO 2008: SUI Diego Benaglio 這篇簡介中有提起他。

Benaglio 於2008年1月22日轉會至Bundesliga沃爾夫斯堡﹝VfL Wolfsburg﹞，背號16號。2002-2005年在VfB StuttgartII隊，出賽三十七場；2005-2007年為葡超C.D. Nacional出賽六十一場。在Henrique Hilário離開C.D Nacional Madeira後成為其隊首發門將。有雙重國籍，一為瑞士籍二為義大利籍，目前為瑞士國家隊出賽九場賽事，在2006年德國世足時為瑞士國家隊三號門將: P

 #18 Pascal Zuberbühler  (Jan.08,1971) - GK
 
身高1.98公尺，現效力於瑞士球隊Neuchâtel Xamax，同時也是其隊隊長。自1994年迄今為國家隊出賽五十場。

1991 -1999年為Grasshoppers Zürich出賽187場賽事，1999年後到了FC Basel，但隨即便被租借到FC Aarau與Bayer Leverkusen ，1999-2006年為Grasshoppers Zürich出賽178場賽事，2007年冬轉時被租借至West Bromwich Albion。

為2006年世足瑞士隊首發門將。

 #21 Eldin Jakupović  (Oct.02,1984) - GK

這位生於波士尼亞赫塞哥維納﹝Bosnia-Herzegovina﹞ Kozarac 的門將，現被俄超球隊FC Lokomotiv Moscow 租借至他未到俄羅斯前所效力的球隊Grasshopper-Club Zürich。因Fabio Coltorti慢性疲勞症候群﹝post-viral fatigue﹞離隊，所以Kuhn在最後徵召這位二十四歲、不曾有過國家隊經歷的小將進到陣中擔任第三門將之位置。

Jakupović 在年幼時因時逢1992年至1995年境內爆發的波士尼亞戰爭﹝Bosnian war﹞，故遷居至瑞士，因此他有瑞士及波士尼亞赫塞哥維納兩國護照，且在Under-21以下國家隊都曾代表這兩國出賽過：在二零零五年時曾為波士尼亞赫塞哥維納U-21守過兩場比賽，二零零六年時在對上奧地利U-21友誼賽時為瑞士U-21守門。

在先前Jakupović曾接受自己出生地國家成人隊的徵召，但迄今未曾上場過。

#2 Johan Djourou (Jan.18,1987) - DF

全名為Johan Agwawandre Djourou，生於象牙海岸﹝Côte d'Ivoire﹞生父母皆為象牙海岸人。Johan在十七個月大時被其父前妻、瑞士人Daniel 收養，隨後於Geneva 定居。
2004年時加入Arsenal，他在尚未加入Arsenal以前是踢防守中場這位置，但在加入Arsenal後是踢中衛，2007-2008年賽季被租借至Birmingham City。 除了這之外也可看看euro2008.com中他的簡介：Johan Djourou

2006年世足瑞士隊陣容之一。

#3 Ludovic Magnin (Apr.20,1979) - DF

效力於VfB Stuttgart，左後衛，曾參與過2004年歐洲杯與2006年世足。2005年以前效力於Werder Bremen。Magnin於今年二月時與Stuttgart 續約至2010年。他最為人所知的是那速度極快的自由球及射門。

生於瑞士法語區，想當國小老師。

#4 Philippe Senderos (Feb.14,1985) - DF

全名為Philippe Sylvain Senderos，有西班牙、塞爾維亞血統，是2002年UEFA U-17錦標賽中瑞士隊隊長，那一年他們拿下U-17歐錦賽冠軍。2003年加入Arsenal，中後衛，精通六國語言﹝英法西德義葡﹞，他本人還說他還想去學那些比較少人說的語言，像是俄語與希臘語。因此，當西班牙中場 Cesc Fàbregas剛到倫敦時，照顧他的也是Senderos。﹝衛報：Arsenal's cultured ministry of defence﹞

2006年代表瑞士參與世足，在小組賽對上南韓時踢進了那場比賽第一顆進球，最後南韓隊以二比零落敗，自小組賽中被淘汰。

#5 Stephan Lichtsteiner (Jan.16,1984) - DF

效力於法甲Lille OSC，到法國以前也是Grasshopper Zürich陣中一員。右後衛，也可踢中衛與攻擊中場，代表瑞士隊參與所有級別的比賽；自1999年U-16歐錦賽至2004年U-21世青賽。是Philipp Degen之後第二順位右後衛人選。

Lichtsteiner曾被成人隊以下教練、隊友及裁判指出說他最為人垢病的便是領黃牌次數過多，這使得他得去找心理醫師來改善這類問題。

#17 Christoph Spycher (Mar.30,1978) - DF

自2005年後效力於Eintracht Frankfurt的左後衛，是2007/08年賽季法蘭克福的副隊長，2008年四月與法蘭克福續約至2010年六月。也是2004年歐洲盃、2006年世足陣容。與Ludovic Magnin相互爭奪左後衛首發，但Spycher欠缺像Magnin在場上的進攻火力。

閒暇時會玩數獨﹝sudoku﹞打發時間。

#23 Philipp Degen (Feb.15,1983) - DF

左右兩邊皆可踢的後衛，2008年六月一日宣布自由轉會至Liverpool F.C.﹝詳情請見批萬利記版4448篇﹞。2006年世足陣容中一員。

母親為荷蘭人，雙胞胎兄弟David Degen現效力於 FC Basel，已婚，牽手為法國人Camille。

#20 Patrick Müller (Dec.17,1976) - DF

中衛，效力於法甲Olympique Lyonnais，Müller在2007/08年由於右膝十字韌帶受傷﹝Anterior cruciate ligament, ACL﹞缺席了一整個賽季，也曾為Grasshopper Zürich 陣中一員。

有奧地利與瑞士兩國護照，參與過2004年歐洲盃與2006年世足賽事，而自1998年後代表瑞士參與國際賽事場數達七十六場，早期有許多時候都是踢中場這位置:D

#13 Stéphane Grichting (Mar.30,1979) - DF

2006年世足陣容之一，原本也在2004年歐洲盃的大名單當中，但在最後關頭卻因傷退出。自2002年便效力於法甲球隊AJ Auxerre。在後防線上每個位置都能踢，但Grichting偏好中衛這位置，曾與AJ Auxerre拿下2003年、2005年兩次法國盃﹝Coupe de France﹞冠軍 ─ 但他在決賽時都不能上場。

曾在決定能否參與2006年德國世足的一場決定性的比賽中：土耳其vs瑞士﹝世界杯預選賽歐洲區附加賽﹞賽後衝突中受傷：﹝詳情請見批萬Turkey-Club版978篇﹞

〝更大的混亂發生在通道內，瑞士後衛格裡丁被土耳其球員拳打腳踢，賽后不得不被送進了醫院內。據悉，格裡丁要休息至少10天的時間。此外，瑞士守門員教練布雷格納，球員沃熱爾和烏戈爾都遭到了毆打，其中布雷格納面門上挨了一拳，被打成了熊貓眼。〞

#6 Benjamin Huggel (Jul.07,1977) - MF

防守中場，2007年後效力於FC Basel，2005-2007兩年間為Eintracht Frankfurt 出賽五十三場。

在法蘭克福曾與當時在科隆的Alpay Özalan起衝突，被禁賽四場﹝*待查﹞，更多恩怨情仇請見批萬Turkey-Club版978篇以降，因為此衝突使他被禁賽六場無法參與2006年德國世足。

#7 Ricardo Cabanas (Apr.20,1979) - MF

全名為Ricardo Cabanas Rey，現效力於Grasshopper Zürich，在2006/07年時在FC Köln。2006年世足陣容之一，中/右中場，雙親皆為來自西班牙西北部的加利西亞省﹝Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia﹞，被認為是瑞士最好的球員之一。

十五歲時因右膝關節炎差點斷送自己的足球生涯，2004年歐洲盃、2006年世足陣容之一，世足時，他在居住地科隆的那場重要比賽射失了點球...會說流利的德西法義英語。

#8 Gökhan İnler (Jun.27,1984) - MF

全名為Gökhan Masera İnler，現效力於義甲Udinese Calcio。

土耳其後裔，原先也可為土耳其國家隊代表，但在2006年九月時被Jakob Kuhn給勸服，並且給予他第一場瑞士國家隊初戰。左右兩邊皆可踢的中場球員，因此為負責前隊長Johann Vogel在隊內及場上之職務。

#10 Hakan Yakın (Feb.22,1977) - MF

生於巴塞爾的瑞士土耳其人。
自2005年後效力於 BSC Young Boys ，2004年時曾待在Stuttgart，但沒什麼上場。他最為人所知的便是常挑釁敵隊球迷，2004年歐洲盃、2006年世足陣容，目前國家隊經驗為五十六場，攻擊中場，被公認是非常具有技巧的左腳作球者﹝playmaker﹞。

兄長Murat Yakın也是瑞士國腳﹝現為Grasshopper Zürich助理教練﹞。

#15 Gelson Fernandes (Sep.02,1988) - MF

生於西非外海維德角共和國首都培亞﹝República de Cabo Verde﹞，但是是在瑞士長大。

Fernandes是過去一年中瑞士國家隊的新成員，現效力球隊為英超Manchester City，據他的在曼城的隊友、英格蘭年輕後衛Micah Richards曾在BBC上的專欄中提到Fernandes會講五種語言。

而他在U-21中也享有極高評價。

#19 Valon Behrami (Apr.19,1985) - MF

生於科索沃Mitrovica，雙親皆為阿爾巴尼亞人，幼時舉家遷至瑞士義語區 Stabio。右後腰/中場、現效力於義甲S.S Lazio。雖有參與2006年德國世足，但因鼠蹊部受傷使得他在瑞士隊所有比賽中只上場兩分鐘：對上南韓時於第88.分時替補上場。

Behrami在右手臂上以歌德體刺RVHV四個字母，代表的是家人及自己名字第一個字之總和：父親Ragip、姊妹Valentina、母親Halime及自己：Valon

#22 Johan Vonlanthen (Feb.01,1986) - MF

全名為Johan Vonlanthen Benavidez，生於哥倫比亞Santa Marta，效力於Red Bull Salzburg。因繼父為瑞士人，在十四歲時遷往瑞士居住，擁有瑞士國籍。可踢右中場、攻擊中場、前鋒。

Vonlanthen代表瑞士所參與、上場的第一場國家隊賽事是在2004年對上立陶宛的比賽，而他曾在2004年歐洲盃代表瑞士隊上場，且是當時所有參賽隊伍中第二年輕的球員， 並且在2004年六月二十一日瑞士隊對上法國時進球，打破了這場賽事前四天由Rooney所寫下「最年輕進球者」的記錄。

原本他也在2006年世足瑞士隊大名單中，但因拉傷最後無緣參與此賽事。

#14 Daniel Gygax (Aug.28,1981) - MF

效力於法甲FC Metz，可以踢中場每個位置﹝左、右中場、攻擊中場、前鋒﹞，在右邊路上的進攻常讓對方感到棘手難纏，2004年歐洲盃、2006年世足陣容之一，而Gygax在2006年世足時穿得是十號球衣。

#15 Tranquillo Barnetta (May 22,1985) - MF

現效力於德甲Bayer 04 Leverkusen，左右兩邊都可勝任的中場球員。2006年世足陣容之一，也是在對上烏克蘭之戰踢點球踢失的球員之一﹝踢中門柱。﹞，自2004年迄今為瑞士出賽三十二場。

也是2002年U-17歐錦賽時瑞士隊成員之一，那一年瑞士隊拿下U-17歐錦賽冠軍。在2004年時搭上前往葡萄牙參與歐洲盃的最後一班車，臨時被叫進國家隊陣容中，Barnetta因此而延後他在那時所要面臨到的重要考試。

#9 Alexander Frei (Jul.15,1979) - FW

Borussia Dortmund前鋒，在2007年六月時與多特蒙德再簽下四年約，2004歐洲盃、2006年世足陣容。瑞士國家隊內頭號射手，2007年春天後被任命為瑞士國家隊隊長。

因為土耳其後裔故持有土耳其護照，同樣是效力於FC Basel的前鋒。

為瑞士Under-19、U21 主要球員之一，他第一場成人隊賽事是在2008年二月六日的國際友誼賽，在英格蘭新溫布頓球場對上地主國：英格蘭隊。而他也在下半場替補上場十二分鐘後大破英格蘭球門：雖然那場比賽瑞士隊是以二比一吞敗。

Alexander Frei 寫下國家隊新一頁的進球紀錄：五十八場出賽、三十五顆進球。
但 對於Frei本人來說，他在那星期五的夜晚並不因破了這記錄而感到滿足，這位胸中充滿熱血的球員眼光所見得的是那他不曾攀上那層高峰的目標：「為國家寫下 更多嶄新的史章：並且贏得歐洲盃冠軍！﹝to write more history and win the European Championship﹞」

「最佳時刻」

「我寫下歷史。」這位在St Gallen球場、引領著瑞士隊並且個人進兩球，終場瑞士隊以三比零使列支頓斯登吞敗的隊長帶著笑容如此說道。這位效力於多特蒙德﹝BV Borussia Dortmund﹞的射手在二十六分、三十四分時追平並超越了前輩Kubilay Türkyilmaz所留下的記錄。

興起的阻礙

若 是瑞士隊能像當天晚上那樣一掃先前一年那些不順暢的結果，這主辦國之一看起來似乎昂首闊步走向自己想前往的道路中。在場上不屈不撓的Frei使得整支隊伍 的心凝聚在一起，那場三比零的比賽使得瑞士隊又更進一步。而在下半場Johan Vonlanthen於中路的發揮更使隊內士氣升至最高點。
在賽 後Frei說：「我知道我們是一支優秀的隊伍，我們渴望並仰求成功。我知道我們將為國家寫下更多嶄新的史章：並且贏得歐洲盃冠軍！﹝"I know that this team has the quality, hunger and desire for success. And I know we can write more history and win the European Championship title."﹞」

uefa2008：Frei record boosts co-hosts' morale
主辦國之一的瑞士於五月三十日當地時間八點半﹝臺灣時間五月三十一日凌晨零時三十分﹞與列支敦斯登﹝Liechtenstein﹞進行一場國際友誼賽﹝但對瑞士隊而言就是歐洲盃賽前熱身賽﹞，終場瑞士以三比零勝，兩隊上場成員如下：

Switzerland: Benaglio, Lichtsteiner (Degen 59), Müller, Senderos (Grichting 62), Magnin (Spycher 71), Behrami (Gygax 55), Inler, Fernandes (Huggel 86), Vonlanthen, Frei, Streller (Yakin 59).

Liechtenstein: Jehle, Oehri (D Hasler 83), Gerster, Martin Stocklasa, Burgmeier, Ritzberger, Polverino, M Büchel, Rohrer (R Beck 65), Fischer (T Beck 65), Frick (R Büchel 83)

而這三球，當時別上隊長臂章的Alexander Frei在二十四分時進了自己在國家隊生涯的第三十四顆進球，追平了Kubilay Türkyilmaz為瑞士國家隊所留下的六十二場進三十四球的記錄，但Frei在過了五分鐘後進了本場比賽第二顆進球，成為瑞士國家隊頭號射手，且在未來，每當他身披瑞士國家隊球衣上場並且進球，就是在破自己所創下的進球紀錄。

在下半場第六十八分鐘時，Johan Vonlanthen一 腳漂亮的倒掛金勾為瑞士隊再添一分：這位一九八六年於哥倫比亞出生的小將也曾在2004年歐洲盃代表瑞士隊上場，且是當時所有參賽隊伍中第二年輕的球員， 並且在2004年六月二十一日瑞士隊對上法國時進球，打破了這場賽事前四天由Rooney所寫下「最年輕進球者」的記錄。

瑞士隊教練Jakob Kuhn正在為隊內幾位球員的傷況擔憂。

後 衛Von Bergen的右掌骨骨折經隊醫診斷後確定無緣歐洲盃戰場，縱使在初步診斷時Khun覺得Von Bergen或許可在五二八大限前復原到可上場比賽，但如今......一波未平一波又起，效力於Bayer Leverkusen的中場小將Tranquillo Barnetta也於日前隊內練習時拉傷膝韌帶，這兩位球員一位情況很不樂觀無法上場、另一位則確定沒辦法出席五月二十四日對上斯洛伐克的友誼賽。

Steve von Bergen是目前瑞士集訓陣容中第三位離隊的球員.......在他之前，門將Fabio Coltorti因慢性疲勞症候群﹝post-viral fatigue﹞離隊，而前鋒Blaise Kufo也因鼠蹊部問題無法參與集訓。

Patrick Müller和Philipp Degen也還不確定是否完全自傷病中痊癒。

Jakob Kuhn也有一些應變措施，他將找目前在U-21的Johan Djourou以及Eren Derdiyok進國家隊集訓：而這兩位球員目前正在準備5月23日對上荷蘭的UEFA European U-21 Championship資格賽。然後也將自2004年後、只有一場國家隊cap的Thomas Häberli召進隊中。

離地主國：瑞士所將面臨到的歐洲盃第一場賽事已不到兩星期..Kuhn還有許多事要擔憂：尤其是這些球員的健康問題。
